Come join 2010 AKC World Team member Diane Goodspeed for a 4-hour seminar on managing your thoughts and emotions for competition success. This seminar is your chance to learn how to use your mind as a competitive edge! Mental mastery is a compilation of skills which build on each other and interact. The end goal is confidence and control - truly knowing that you can support your dog’s fantastic talents and put your team’s best effort into every situation and competition. And, with less stress and more success, you can savor every moment of competing with your best friend!
After years of trial-n-error and self-exploration through the world of sports psychology, Diane has developed a mental management system that allows her to compete at the highest levels with calm confidence. For this seminar, she will break her system down for you into simple tasks that are easy to incorporate into any canine sport. Learning to use the Muscles over Mind system will be your key to attaining your dreams for you and your dog!
